Cancellation Policy
To confirm your appointment at Chamomile, we require a $65 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your session and allows us to prepare the space and time just for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment may result in the deposit being retained, as short notice makes it difficult to rebook the time. All bookings can be made online or by phone, and you’ll receive a confirmation with details once your deposit is received. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you into a space of rest and renewal.
